“Many Rivers, One Ocean”

CAPED 2019 Convention and Training

Dear CAPED Family,

“Many Rivers, One Ocean” Shinnyo-en marks the annual confluence of our collective rivers of wisdom and compassion empowering us with knowledge and a selfless commitment to help shape the future for our students. CAPED 2019 is that opportunity to come together once again to build the profession to further maximize opportunities for our students. In a time of many challenges one thing is certain, CAPED endures as the premier source of professional development for disability professionals in California’s institutions of postsecondary education. CAPED 2019 marks the 45th anniversary of our Association. Please make plans to join us at the Renaissance Hotel in Long Beach California October 11-15th.   Pre-convention days are Friday and Saturday with the full convention running Sunday through Tuesday.  Please plan your journey to the shores of Long Beach for CAPED 2019.

Warmest regards,

Mark Matsui, Chairperson
