EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Events fees cover 6’ x 30” table, two chairs, recycle bin, and an identification sign and listing in the Convention Program materials under exhibitors. Primary representative is given credentials to attend all convention events ($535 value – Does not include annual membership). Please indicate which attendee is Primary. Secondary representative and all additional representatives are credentialed for the exhibit hall only. Basic electric and wi-fi is provided. Each additional representative is $100. Standard WI-FI and Electricity will be provided. 

LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION– Have your literature prepackaged with every conference attendee’s registration materials. Placing literature in the registration packet is a great option for vendors who are unable to attend the conference. Note: All material must be received by October 1st, 2023.

CAPED MEMBER LIST– Exhibitors may purchase a CAPED member mailing list and/or the convention attendee mailing list. Note: Requires a signed mailing list usage agreement.

HOTEL INFORMATION: Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa. Convention rate is $229 USD per night.

ADA Accessibility:   Exhibitors will follow the Americans with Disabilities Act in all offerings of public information and services during the conference. Please ensure that all videos displayed are closed captioned.

Shipping and Storage of Exhibit materials prior to convention: Must be coordinated directly with hotel.

Application Deadline: Please complete your exhibitor application with payment by September 15th, 2023

Literature for Attendees’ welcome bags: If you have paid for literature to be distributed to attendees in welcome bags. Plan on 400 individual pieces to distribute. Please ship to be received by Oct. 1st to 3883 Jefferson Street, Turlock, CA 95328, Attn: Julie Sedlemeyer

Cancellation Policy   No refund shall be made to any exhibitor who cancels the contracted exhibit space after Sept. 29th, 2023.  Further, no refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails, for any reason, to occupy the space reserved.  Payment minus the $100.00 processing fee will be refunded upon a written request for cancellation received by the Exhibitor Coordinator before 4:00 PST on Sept 29, 2023.  In the unlikely event that the Convention is canceled by CAPED, all paid exhibitor fees shall be promptly refunded to exhibitors or if preferred, rolled forward to 2024 Convention.
