Dr. Tayler Nichols has been working in higher education in various capacities since 2013. Currently, she is a DSPS Counselor/Professor at San Diego City College and also coordinates their DSPS High Tech Center. Prior to these roles, Dr. Nichols worked as an Ed Coach with College 2 Career program, a Senior Tutor, and as an EOPS Counselor at Southwestern College. She also held the Southern Co-Chair position for the Counseling and Career Development CIG.
Dr. Nichols earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and her M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, both from San Diego State University. In her free time, she loves to go surfing, walk on the beach, travel, and create dried, pressed seaweed art.
