This INA drawn cup roller clutch with a nylon cage transmits torque between the shaft and housing in one direction and allows free overrun in the opposite direction. The drawn cup outer steel shell serves as a raceway for the rollers, and provides a small cross-section for use in restricted spaces. The clutch has a glass fiber reinforced polyamide nylon cage, allowing operation from 14 to 158 degrees F (-10 to 70 degrees C). The rollers are made of through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel for heat tolerance and durability, and the clutch comes packed with lithium soap grease.
